The purpose of this article is to investigate ways to deal with violence against women from the perspective of Islam. The most important Qur'anic evidences against violence against women have been analyzed, focusing on the verses of association with ma'rouf, prohibition of harm, azl, gazf, ila', expulsion from the house, waad, and inheritance of women. In line with the theoretical framework of documents, this article has investigated the Qur'an's view of women and the verbal parallels in the verse and interpretive narratives to analyze the conditions of violence and the symbols of the Qur'an's opposition to violence against women. The results show that the Holy Quran has not emphasized sexual violence against women in any case, but in many cases, it has blamed and condemned it in a harsh tone. The only case that at first sight may be considered as a proof of the approval of violence is the verse of Nashuz. Also, by reflecting on the verses and hadiths, we find that there are ways to control violence in the Qur'an and hadiths. Since the foundation of divine religions is based on the defense of the oppressed, naturally, women have been given special support in the life-giving school of Islam, and therefore, the first principle of dealing with women, from the perspective of Islam, is good company and customary behavior. It should also be clarified that in the first stage, anger causes harm to the aggressive person himself.
